CWCI Webinar on the Impact of the 2021 Med-Legal Fee Schedule Changes
Last week the Institute released an 18-page Research Update report on the effect that the 2021 revisions to the Med-Legal Fee Schedule (MLFS) have had on med-legal utilization and costs. On Wednesday, July 27 at 10 a.m. (Pacific), Senior Research Associate Stacy Jones, who authored the study, and CWCI General Counsel Sara Widener-Brightwell, will conduct a half hour webinar in which they will review those changes and discuss the results of the study. The session will be followed by a live Q&A session. Following the July 27 presentation, the Institute will offer the program as an on-demand webinar beginning Monday, August 1. Both the live and on-demand sessions will be free to CWCI member company employees, $75 for nonmembers.
The webinar will provide your remote and in-office staff a short refresher course on the Med-Legal Fee Schedule changes as well as insights into the impact of those changes, and the on-demand feature will allow the program to be viewed when it is convenient for your staff.
