SB 863 Regulation Training Manual on Searchable CD
The Institute just completed 2 sessions of our SB 863 regulatory training seminar. The program was designed to introduce our members and other industry professionals to recently adopted regulations that implement key provisions of the 2012 workers’ compensation reform bill and help them avoid costly mistakes.
The course manual for this program contained 800 pages of information and weighed 7 pounds. CWCI is now making this manual available on a searchable CD for those who were unable to attend the seminar or for anyone who wishes to have an electronic version available for reference or in-house training. The manual is broken into nine sections:

In addition to providing the information from the seminar slides, the manual also provides useful supplementary materials, including new forms and instructions, copies of the final regulations with changes highlighted, flow charts, DWC’s updated medical billing and payment guide, and related case law and Institute analyses.
CWCI has copyrighted this manual and retains all rights to its production, so the CD version is being made available in a locked-down PDF format so the contents cannot be cut and pasted or printed, but those who wish to do in-house training or make the information available as an online reference tool can be place the manual on a server so it can be viewed by your technical staff.
