DWC Posts Revised Benefit Notice Manual

Please be advised that this afternoon the DWC posted the revised Benefit Notice Manual with updates to the sample benefit notice letters that reflect the regulatory changes adopted in August. The effective date for using updated benefit notice letters is January 1, 2016. The revised manual can be accessed on the Division’s website under Publications and Print Materials at www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/dwcrep.htm#2.
