CWCI's 58th Annual Meeting, March 8, 2022 – Lesher Center for the Arts, Walnut Creek, California REGISTRATION IS OPEN
The California Workers’ Compensation Institute announces registration is open for its 58th Annual Meeting. This will be CWCI’s first in-person Annual Meeting since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The live event will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, California. The theme of the 2022 meeting will be “Are We There Yet?”, an acknowledgement and analysis of our industry’s dual state of mind after almost two years of working through the worldwide pandemic and the anticipation of returning to “normal”. CWCI staff and guest speakers will examine both the current environment as well as the issues, challenges, and opportunities facing the California workers’ compensation community as we move toward and into the post-COVID environment.
The Lesher Center, located at the corner of N. California Blvd. and Civic Dr. in Walnut Creek is conveniently located near the Walnut Creek BART station, and easily accessible from I-680 and Highway 24. To balance our desire to meet in person with the safety of all attendees, CWCI and the Lesher Center will abide by all COVID-19 public health directives from the Contra Costa County’s Health Director[1]. Additional details on speakers and hotel accommodations will be forthcoming.
The conference is free to CWCI members. To register for the conference, access the link here.
