CWCI Reformats Reg Tracker With Direct Links to Additional Information

The best way to stay up to date with all of the regulatory activity in the California Workers’ Compensation system is to check the CWCI Reg Tracker. This one-page table summarizes current regulatory information, and is compiled and maintained by CWCI Claims/Medical Director Brenda Ramirez, who along with CWCI General Counsel Mike McClain, gathers input from Institute members and develops most of the Institute’s comments and testimony on regulatory proposals.

CWCI members can access and download the latest version of the Reg Tracker by going to our website (www.cwci.org), logging in with their email address and password, then going to the Regulatory section on the left side of the homepage and clicking Reg Tracker from the drop-down menu. To make the Reg Tracker more useful and to save time, the Institute has added a Word version of the Reg Tracker that features live links so you can directly click to additional history or information on a specific regulation, posted on either our website (light blue links) or the DWC website (dark blue links).
