CWCI Office Temporarily Closed by Covid-19 Shelter-in-Place Order, Staff to Work Remotely
This afternoon, in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the County Health Officers of Alameda County and all other Bay Area Counties issued shelter in place orders directing all businesses and governmental agencies to cease non-essential operations at physical locations in their respective counties, prohibiting all non-essential gatherings of any number of individuals, and ordering cessation of all non-essential travel. The order takes effect at 12:01 a.m. tomorrow (Tuesday, March 17) and runs until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, or until it is extended, rescinded, superseded, or amended in writing by the health officer.
This order will force the closure of the CWCI office for the time being. All CWCI staff will be working remotely from their homes for the duration of the shelter-in-place order, so we may be contacted via our work emails. Our staff directory, with individual emails, is included below.
