CDI Issues WC Adjuster Certification Data Call For 2025
This afternoon the California Department of Insurance (CDI) issued formal notice to all insurers admitted to transact workers’ compensation insurance in the state advising them of their 2025 workers’ compensation adjuster certification (WCAC-2025) reporting obligations. This annual report is required under Ins. Code §11761 and CCR, Title 10, Chapter 5, Subchapter 3, §§2592–2592.08.
Insurers must return the WCAC-2025 Acknowledgement of Receipt Form no later than Friday, June 6, 2025, which is two weeks from tomorrow, while the WCAC-2025 Data Workbook and affidavit are due no later than Monday, July 7, 2025. In light of the holiday schedules associated with the 4th of July week, you and your staff should plan accordingly. If necessary, you may request an extension for submitting the WCAC-2025 Data Call Workbook, but such requests must be in writing and emailed to Tony.Solorio@insurance.ca.gov no later than June 20, 2025.
