Calif WC ultimate losses and allocated loss adjustment expenses on insured claims for 2013 injuries and illnesses are projected to hit an 11-year high, but with premium rates up in 2012 and 2013, the WCIRB estimates the ultimate combined loss and expense ratio will fall to 113%, the lowest level since 2007.
