The DWC has sent revised regulations governing Medical Provider Networks as well as mandatory posting notices, new hire pamphlets and claim forms to the Office of Administrative Review for review and approval. Employers and claims administrators should continue to use existing forms and notices until the new information is approved, but CWCI will have the updated materials available prior to the implementation deadline, which is expected to be in early October.
