DWC is getting ready to implement a new paperless claims adjudication process, with volunteers from the community pilot testing the forms and processes, state employees set to go online later this month, and external users slated to begin transitioning into paperless forms in November — a month after EAMS regulations on optical character recognition forms take effect.
