A CWCI Report to the Industry examines the issues surrounding injured workers access to care in California, using data from 1.5 million work injury claims from AY 2010 through AY 2020 to measure time and distance to first treatment, while interviews with physicians and clinic administrators provide insight on their perspectives of the administrative burdens associated with rendering medical care in California workers' compensation.
