The state has issued the 2009 assessment rates that California employers must pay to cover workers' comp user funding, the Uninsured Employer Benefit Trust Fund, the Subsequent Injury Benefit Trust Fund, the new DOSH Fund, and the Workers' Compensation Fraud Account.
