UPDATE: Delay in Workers Compensation Adjuster Certification (WCAC) Data Call

Leo Lara, Project Manager (Life, Health & Disability) for the California Department of Insurance Statistical Analysis Division has notified the Institute that the update to the CDI website for the 2013 Workers’ Compensation Adjuster Certification data call (2013 WCAC) has been delayed until “early May 2014” as CDI Information Technology personnel are working on improving the public website to enable mobile devices and tablets to access certain pages.   

As noted in our April 10 Executive Memo, the due date for data filings (if required) is Monday, July 7, and this deadline has not changed. Given the delay in updating the website, however, Mr. Lara plans to revise the due date for the acknowledgement forms from next Friday (May 2^nd) to Wednesday, May 21^st.
